We are thrilled to share our experience during the Open Day on Saturday 29 March at ITS Lombardia Meccatronica: a valuable opportunity in which we had the chance to meet students who are about to complete their studies at the Salesian Institute, offering them a perspective on the professional opportunities they could pursue at our company.
Specifically, the DG team illustrated the various career possibilities within our company, highlighting the skills most in demand and the prospects for growth in the industry in which we operate. Through moments of confrontation and direct testimonials, the students were able to discover the world of work at first hand, understanding the importance of targeted training and the development of essential soft skills. Through these interactions, we were able to show the innovation, passion and commitment that characterise our mission.
The Open Day turned out to be an important opportunity for dialogue between school and business, underlining our commitment to supporting young people in their career guidance. We are thrilled to have been able to contribute to this moment of growth and remain strongly interested in initiatives such as this, from which fruitful future collaborations may arise, with the aim of fostering a more conscious and informed transition from the world of school to the world of work.
