SALES ENGINEER
We are a rapidly expanding industrial SME, specialising in the buying and selling of laser cutting machinery (tube and sheet metal), sawing machines, tube bending machines, and combi machines. In a constantly evolving market, we differentiate ourselves through our technical expertise and our ability to offer turnkey solutions for production facilities. To enhance our market presence and consolidate our relationships with customers in strategic regions, we are looking for a hybrid profile, someone who can combine commercial vision with a passion for technology.
Role objective
The resource, reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, will be responsible for the company's turnover and profit margins. Due to the technical complexity of the machinery, we are seeking a professional capable of acting as a technical-sales consultant to clients, thoroughly understanding their needs to propose the most suitable solutions.
Main responsibilities
- Technical and commercial management of the entire sales cycle, from customer identification to order closure.
- Business development and technical consultancyIdentifying and developing new business opportunities, acting as a trusted consultant for clients.
- Plant sourcing and procurement activities Active participation in the research and selection of suppliers/assignees, as well as in the technical evaluation and purchase of machinery. This activity, which includes market opportunity analysis and targeted sourcing, is an integral part of the role in ensuring the availability of the most suitable machinery to offer to clients.
- Purchasing and stock management Active collaboration in defining purchasing policies through stock monitoring and market trend analysis. The objective is to suggest targeted purchases of machinery that proactively address the emerging technical needs of customers.
- Cross-functional collaboration Constant and synergistic interface with the various business functions (e.g. technical support, marketing, administration) to align strategies and effectively promote the most complex solutions.
- Constant CRM update business (Salesforce) with technical and commercial information gathered in the field.
Skills and Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in automation, industrial machinery.
- Technical training: Degree in Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering, or a higher technical diploma (ITIS) in mechatronics.
- Excellent command of Salesforce CRM and the Office suite
- Good knowledge of the English language
- Strong interpersonal and listening skills
- Autonomy in territorial management and work organisation
- Welcome to the sheet metal and tube sector.

Human Resources Manager
We are looking for a dynamic and proactive individual who wants to grow in the world of Human Resources.
The Human Resources Manager will play a central role in overseeing the employee lifecycle, with a particular focus on business partnering, recruitment, and providing support for contractual and managerial training and offer management. The role holder will be the point of contact for employees and operational managers, balancing operational (administrative) and strategic (business consulting) activities.
Main responsibilities
1. Offer and contract management
- To support in the drafting of economic proposals and in the administrative management of recruitment, ensuring consistency with company policies and budget.
- To manage employment letters, employment contracts and related changes (transformations, extensions, contractual amendments, terminations) in collaboration with the payroll office and the labour consultant.
- To be the first point of contact for contractual, organisational, and basic industrial relations matters
2. Staff selection
- To manage the entire recruitment cycle (from profiling to closing) for junior and senior searches, in collaboration with functional managers.
- Publishing adverts on various channels (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals), carrying out proactive sourcing activities, screening CVs, and conducting initial and aptitude interviews.
- Take care of the candidate experience and manage the onboarding of new resources.
3. Training Support
- To support the analysis of training needs.
- Logistically organise internal and external courses (classroom, virtual), monitor attendance and collect feedback.
- Keep the annual training plan and the skills database up to date.
4. Cross-Cutting Activities
- Support performance processes (appraisal, feedback, development plans).
- Collaborating on the drafting and updating of internal policies (regulations, welfare, smart working).
Required skills
- Degree in Occupational Psychology, Law, Economics, Communications Science, or Humanities/Legal disciplines.
- At least 5 years of experience in HR roles.
- Basic knowledge of HR information systems (Zucchetti, TeamSystem, or similar) is considered a plus.
- Business Orientation: ability to understand operational needs and translate them into HR solutions.
- Effective communication: knowing how to handle different interlocutors (candidates, managers, colleagues) with clarity and discretion.
- Proactivity and problem-solving: initiative in resolving daily critical issues.
- Organisational skills and precision: ability to manage multiple processes simultaneously without losing attention to detail.
- Resilience and flexibility: the ability to adapt to a dynamic and evolving context.
Nice to Have

ASSEMBLER TECHNICIAN / MECHANICAL FITTER

Purpose of the positionAssembler Technician: Assembler Technician is the figure responsible for completing the disassembly, overhaul and subsequent reassembly processes of used plant components or groups of components at the company's premises, following the technical procedures and guidelines established by DGTech and/or the BLM GROUP, reporting the spare parts used to ensure the correct organisational flow and indicating the technical faults/problems encountered in order to improve processes.
Responsibility:
- Carry out the dismantling of used equipment and the various mechanical parts and prepare the same for the subsequent electromechanical cleaning and overhaul;
- Carry out the disassembly and subsequent mechanical overhaul on the bench and any replacement of plant components or parts (e.g. mechanical overhaul of parts, pneumatic cylinder overhaul, spindle overhaul, bezel overhaul), ensuring their subsequent reassembly and correct functioning;
- Carrying out the mechanical overhaul and subsequent assembly of complex assemblies (bundle loader, unloader, machine bed) preparing the plant for the subsequent commissioning stages;
- Ensure the correct and timely compilation of the required reports on the activities carried out, using the tools provided by the company;
- Assist and co-operate with the Testing Technician, following his instructions, during the commissioning phases of the installation;
- Providing support for loading and unloading of equipment, when required
- Completing the training courses foreseen in their vignette, according to the indications from PM and TC;
- Ensure the availability to hold internal training courses for junior resources belonging to the same or other bubbles;
- Ensure the completion of the required activities according to company procedures and on time;
- Ensures the sequence of activities in accordance with the Production plan.
FIELD SERVICE INSTALLATION & COMMISSIONING TECHNICIAN

Purpose of the position: Field Service Installation & Commissioning Technician is the figure responsible for completing the service/technical support activities related to the positioning and installation of equipment according to company procedures, the subsequent testing and commissioning of equipment, ensuring its correct operation and managing the relationship with customers, and taking care of their correct training through the completion of the training course.
Responsibility:
- Ensure the completion of equipment placement and installation procedures according to company procedures and within the specified timeframe;
- Carry out the testing and commissioning of the systems following the completion of the installation;
- Conduct customer training (machine course and 2D/3D CAD-CAM software course) on site or at the customer's premises;
- Ensure the correct and timely compilation of the required reports on the installations carried out, using the tools provided by the company;
- Ensure that preventive maintenance procedures are carried out correctly, according to the scheduling schedule indicated by their Functional Manager;
- Ensure the completion, at customers' premises, of electrical, hydraulic, mechanical or pneumatic fault-finding activities and the consequent repair of the system according to the schedule set by your Plant Function Manager;
- Completing the training courses foreseen in one's bubble, according to the indications from SC and TC;
- Support the other functions of the Technical Assistance Area when required and necessary;
- Ensure the availability to hold internal training courses for junior resources belonging to the same or other bubbles.
