ASSEMBLER TECHNICIAN / MECHANICAL FITTER

Purpose of the positionAssembler Technician: Assembler Technician is the figure responsible for completing the disassembly, overhaul and subsequent reassembly processes of used plant components or groups of components at the company's premises, following the technical procedures and guidelines established by DGTech and/or the BLM GROUP, reporting the spare parts used to ensure the correct organisational flow and indicating the technical faults/problems encountered in order to improve processes.
Responsibility:
- Carry out the dismantling of used equipment and the various mechanical parts and prepare the same for the subsequent electromechanical cleaning and overhaul;
- Carry out the disassembly and subsequent mechanical overhaul on the bench and any replacement of plant components or parts (e.g. mechanical overhaul of parts, pneumatic cylinder overhaul, spindle overhaul, bezel overhaul), ensuring their subsequent reassembly and correct functioning;
- Carrying out the mechanical overhaul and subsequent assembly of complex assemblies (bundle loader, unloader, machine bed) preparing the plant for the subsequent commissioning stages;
- Ensure the correct and timely compilation of the required reports on the activities carried out, using the tools provided by the company;
- Assist and co-operate with the Testing Technician, following his instructions, during the commissioning phases of the installation;
- Providing support for loading and unloading of equipment, when required
- Completing the training courses foreseen in their vignette, according to the indications from PM and TC;
- Ensure the availability to hold internal training courses for junior resources belonging to the same or other bubbles;
- Ensure the completion of the required activities according to company procedures and on time;
- Ensures the sequence of activities in accordance with the Production plan.
FIELD SERVICE INSTALLATION & COMMISSIONING TECHNICIAN

Purpose of the position: Field Service Installation & Commissioning Technician is the figure responsible for completing the service/technical support activities related to the positioning and installation of equipment according to company procedures, the subsequent testing and commissioning of equipment, ensuring its correct operation and managing the relationship with customers, and taking care of their correct training through the completion of the training course.
Responsibility:
- Ensure the completion of equipment placement and installation procedures according to company procedures and within the specified timeframe;
- Carry out the testing and commissioning of the systems following the completion of the installation;
- Conduct customer training (machine course and 2D/3D CAD-CAM software course) on site or at the customer's premises;
- Ensure the correct and timely compilation of the required reports on the installations carried out, using the tools provided by the company;
- Ensure that preventive maintenance procedures are carried out correctly, according to the scheduling schedule indicated by their Functional Manager;
- Ensure the completion, at customers' premises, of electrical, hydraulic, mechanical or pneumatic fault-finding activities and the consequent repair of the system according to the schedule set by your Plant Function Manager;
- Completing the training courses foreseen in one's bubble, according to the indications from SC and TC;
- Support the other functions of the Technical Assistance Area when required and necessary;
- Ensure the availability to hold internal training courses for junior resources belonging to the same or other bubbles.
